Baran Can KAYA

Baran Can Kaya, a graduate of Kadir Has University Faculty of Law (Class of 2016), began his legal career by completing his internship at Atasoy Law Firm, where he primarily focused on Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law.
After obtaining his license to practice law on September 6, 2017, he worked for two years at one of Turkey’s leading law firms specializing in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law. During this time, he also served as a partner lawyer at the same firm for a certain period.
Later, he established his own practice under the name BCK Law Office, and in January 2025, he partnered with Attorney Eylem Okumuş to found Okumuş & Kaya Law Office.
He currently provides legal consultancy and litigation services, primarily in the following areas:

Eylem Okumuş graduated with a scholarship from Istanbul Okan University Faculty of Law in 2019. She began her legal career at Ravanoğlu Law Firm, where she primarily worked in the fields of Consumer Law, Labour Law, Contract Law, and Enforcement Law.
She completed her legal internship at NSN Law Firm, gaining experience in Transportation and Maritime Law, Corporate Law, and Advertising Law.
Following her internship, she worked as an attorney for approximately 2.5 years at Tam & Ertan Law Firm, with a focus on Maritime Law and Marine Insurance Law.
In 2025, she co-founded Okumuş & Kaya Law Office with Attorney Baran Can Kaya, and continues to provide both litigation and consultancy services to domestic and international clients.
